Who are your suppliers?

All my peppers are sourced locally. I primarily buy from Kingfisher Orchards in Waipapa and Harbour Head Growers in Waikuku. I also source some of my superhots from growers right here in Bell Block.

All my remaining ingredients are sourced from the local grocery.

Labels are printed by Graphix in New Plymouth and bottles are from Arthur Holmes and Croftpak Ltd, all locally based.

Is your sauce oil based?

No, none of our sauces have any oil. They are all raw and preserved via acidification per MPI National Programme 2.All of the sauces are (white) vinegar based.

Is there any added sugar?

No, we do not add any sugar, nor are there any fruits or berries in our sauces. Only a hint of sweetness is conferred by the carrots.

Do you ship Internationally?

Absolutely! But please reach out to me via the “contact” section of the website so I can calculate your shipping accurately.

Do you have any Stockists or are all sales via the website?

Due to popular demand, I am exploring stockists in Wellington, Christchurch, Auckland and Sydney, Australia. At present, I have two stockists in New Plymouth - Tartan Rose Cafe on Devon Street and Kahakai Poke Bowl food truck on Liardet Street.

How do you deliver?

For people living in or near to New Plymouth, I deliver sauce myself (for free!). For people elsewhere in New Zealand, I ship via NZPost (tracked).
